About me

The Organizational Scientist is written by Amy Miller, a psychologist in training who specialises in organisational issues. She is currently undertaking a master’s course in Psychology and Education at the University of Cambridge, after running the graduate education programmes for a large financial services company. Amy is particularly interested in the psychology of learning and development and in the brain’s in-built “biases”.  She started The Organizational Scientist to try to encourage scientific thinking about organizations and the spread of what we really know about best practice.
